Did you know that a little over 10 years ago PADI the Professional Association of Diving Instructors declared Cancun “The Learn To Dive Capitol of the World” at a joint press conference in Cancun when Aquaworld received the title of “PADI Career Development Center” or CDC an honor granted to few Scuba Diving Training facilities around the world and the only in the Area of Cancun, Cozumel and the Riviera Maya. At the same time at the same press conference the Secretary of Tourism from Mexico and the State Secretary of Tourism announced that the Reef System off the coast of Mexico in the Caribbean, the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world would be named “The Great Mayan Reef” to honor the Mayan Culture that inhabited the area that stretches from the north of Cancun south through what today is the Costa Maya and into southern countries like Honduras, and Guatamala. |

Cancun Parasailing Have you seen them floating under their parachute along the beach here in Cancun or Playa Maroma two people seated side by side on the safest Parasailing rig available. The rig and concept we use is the same that is used at Disneyworld in Florida and is called the “Sky Rider”. You are belted into the bench seat and you lift off from the back of the boats platform and go airborne more than 100 feet in the air with spectacular views of the Cancun Beaches and Hotel Zone. You can do the Parasailing on the Beach or on the Lagoon but the lagoon gives you the advantage of seeing the hotels and Caribbean Sea from 100 feet in the air with great views of the lagoon as well. |

Sub See Explorer is a great option for those who want to get a look at the underwater world but either don’t want to get wet or feel uncomfortable doing snorkeling. Under the beautiful Mexican Caribbean there awaits you an incredible array of coral and fish with varieties of colors and forms.
